FORMATION
Through Shema Culture: School of Worship, our team will come alongside you to instill a praise and worship minsitry, or culture, catered to your needs and your community. See below for more information.

RETREATS
Shema both hosts worship retreats and leads praise and worship for youth and adult retreats. Retreating from your normal routine to engage in an intentional time with Jesus can make all the difference.

UNITY NIGHTS
Our team organizes and co-hosts Unity Nights, which are quarterly praise and worship events that are co-hosted by churches of different denominations to bring about unity in the body of Christ.
Formation
Formation
Shema Culture: School of Worship is a formation process that consists of a series of formation sessions in which the participants will engage in fellowship, devotions, teachings, group discussion, group activities, prayer, and intentional times of praise and worship. It is our team's desire to teach and raise up the next generation of worshipers for the Lord.
Our team will come alongside you to establish how a praise and worship ministry will be implemented or further cultivated in your community. Shema will then teach, equip and guide a discerned group of people through the formation process while modeling a heart posture of praise to shift the culture towards a lifestyle of worship.
Retreats
As a part of the School of Worship, Shema Culture offers worship retreats for those who desire formation but may not have as much time avaliable for a series of weekly formation sessions. These retreats are intended to provide an intense focus on the heart posture of our worship, what it means to live out our identity in Christ, and how it impacts the way we lead others in praise and worship.
In addition, Shema Culture also offers to co-host retreats for youth and adults. Please contact us with information on how we can serve the needs for your next retreat.

Unity Nights
A major cause of division is pride, and the antidote of pride is praise. The purpose of Unity Nights is to unite the Body of Christ through praise and worship unto our Lord. Since praise and worship is a common form of prayer amongst different Christian denominations, it is a way in which we can collectively humble ourselves to unite in the pursuit of Jesus and encounter His presence. For it is through the humble pursuit of Jesus Christ that we can truly become unified, one Bride, one Church, one Body.
Unity Nights are co-hosted by at least two churches from different denominations. Contact us if your church or organization desires to be apart of the next Unity Night.
